3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Making final decisions on implementation

  • Ensuring compliance with any legal or regulatory obligations relating to their business

We are not responsible for the actions taken by clients or third parties based on our advice.


4. Fees and Payment

Fees will be agreed in advance and confirmed in writing. Payment terms may include:

  • Project-based fees

  • Day rates

  • Retainers or payment plans

Invoices must be paid within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in services being paused.


5. Cancellations and Refunds

Discovery sessions and consultancy time may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made within 48 hours may be chargeable. Refunds are not provided once services have been delivered.


6. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and content provided as part of our consultancy remain the intellectual property of AH Marketing Consultant, unless otherwise agreed.

Clients may use provided materials internally for their business but may not resell, distribute, or reproduce them without permission.


7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all sensitive business information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

This obligation continues after the working relationship ends.


8. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits or revenue

  • Business interruption

  • Indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of fees paid for the services in question.


9. Third Party Services

We may recommend third-party suppliers (e.g. designers, developers, social media specialists). We are not responsible for their work, pricing, or performance.

Any agreements with third parties are strictly between the client and that supplier.


10. Website Use
