Cancellations made within 48 hours may be chargeable. Refunds are not provided once services have been delivered.

All materials, frameworks, and content provided as part of our consultancy remain the intellectual property of AH Marketing Consultant, unless otherwise agreed.

Clients may use provided materials internally for their business but may not resell, distribute, or reproduce them without permission.


7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all sensitive business information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

This obligation continues after the working relationship ends.


8. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits or revenue

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of fees paid for the services in question.
